No need for childcare. Your baby can stay beside you, be held when needed, or simply be part of the session in a relaxed and understanding space.

These classes are ideal if you:

• Are returning to exercise after birth
• Want to rebuild strength safely
• Need flexibility around your baby
• Want to meet and train with other mums

What You Can Expect

• Safe, structured strength training
• Core & pelvic floor focused exercises
• Progressions tailored to your level
• A relaxed, supportive environment
• Small group coaching (max 8 per class)

• 8-week blocks available
